a.) Online Privacy Statement
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. Souldier does not retain, store, or have access your credit card information.
b.) Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are honored for any custom product when returned within 30 days of receiving your item. Any full refund/return is to be reviewed by Souldier on a case by case basis. Item(s) to be exchanged must be returned in the same condition the item was received in. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. If you receive the wrong product or it is defective, Souldier will reimburse you for return shipping.
c.) Shipping & Handling
We ship all domestic packages via FedEx. All international packages ship USPS Priority Mail. If you request to have your package shipped using a different delivery company or service (such as USPS First Class Mail), Souldier is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Custom made to order items typically have a waiting list that can increase during holiday seasons. We do our very best to keep up with everyone!
d.) Right of Refusal
Souldier retains the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for any reason.
